Design and develop significant subject areas of the LDB Microsoft Fabric implementation, a programme to modernize aging data infrastructure. Work within a larger team involving Microsoft, LDB employees, Ernst & Young, among others. Participated in the full migration and re-assessment of all data subject areas, creating new data consumption assets for business stakeholders, in particular Fabric Semantic Models.

Built a net-new data ecosystem from the ground up to give Navira unified visibility into purchasing, sales, inventory, and margin performance. Delivered a centrally governed Power BI Semantic Model on a Snowflake Data Warehouse, establishing a single source of truth for profitability analysis across the business.

Built a net-new data ecosystem to bring together advertising management, client profitability, and financial analysis into a single governed platform. Delivered a centrally managed Power BI Semantic Model on Snowflake, giving Fusion92's teams consistent, reliable metrics across their entire client portfolio.

Designed and delivered financial, operations, and sales data models for Duer, integrating SAP Business One as a core source system alongside API-connected data streams. Built a governed Snowflake data warehouse providing the business with a unified, reliable foundation for performance and profitability reporting.

Contribute to a large scale migration between Atlassian JIRA and Salesforce, requiring data profiling, catalog management, migration analytics and data cleansing. Large scale migration and integration effort involved four geographical regions and multiple business units.

Built a custom data warehouse drawing from internal product and cloud software sources via bespoke API integrations. Delivered a client-facing reporting portal alongside internal sales and financial management assets, giving Aspire North a complete view of performance across their business.

Designed a data warehouse and operational data store sourced from Book Depot's custom ERP, financial, and purchasing systems — including MongoDB as a core operational source. Delivered operational reporting, profitability analysis, and inventory tooling tailored to the unique demands of a large-scale book distribution business.

Provided design and development resources for Arc'teryx's full Qlikview-to-Power BI migration. Delivered Warehouse and Stock Transfer model conversions as part of the broader corporate BI modernization.

Led technical consolidation of ~50 Qlikview assets, including three large OLAP cubes and numerous legacy extracts and reports. Unified reporting under the Microsoft Azure and Snowflake umbrella, eliminating duplicate data products across business units.

Served as technical architect during the migration of IBM Netezza database systems to Microsoft Azure Data Warehouse and associated Azure services. Guided architectural decisions across a large-scale, high-complexity data environment.

Partnered with the Customer Success team to build dashboards and reports supporting Compliance and Quality reporting. Leveraged TIBCO Spotfire against a SQL Server 2016 Data Warehouse to deliver company-wide visibility.

Supported LMI's onboarding of a new production-focused acquisition by developing a custom Data Warehouse and suite of reporting tools. Integrated with operational systems (Exact JobBoss) to streamline production visibility and reduce inventory overhead.

Built a greenfield integration warehouse in Azure SQL to underpin a Power BI pilot programme for executive-level reporting. Delivered the full solution in an environment with no existing BI infrastructure, from concept through to deployment.

Maintained and improved analytics across the organization while modernizing legacy reporting systems. Drove adoption of SSAS Tabular and Power BI, expanding access to self-serve tools across the business.

Advised Fraser Health on the design of management KPIs for a newly built SharePoint site. Recommendations proceeded to development using SSRS KPIs integrated with SQL Server 2016 for leadership-level visibility.

Turned around Indochino's information delivery effort through strategy, proof of concepts, development, training, and data governance. Led the organization toward an SSAS Tabular implementation to modernize analytics across the business.

Designed and implemented a Financial Data Warehouse covering GL, Projects, and Operational Expenses for corporate financial operations. Custom rapid-refresh ETL achieved average data freshness of 15 minutes with automated testing throughout.

Delivered self-serve analytics for Order Management and Repair Lifecycle programmes, reducing costs through improved operational visibility. Also led an enterprise data integration programme spanning all key business systems including AMOS, Lawson M3, Workday, and Salesforce.
